Theo van Meel

Began his real estate career as a salesperson in 1997 and has been involved in the real estate industry in differing capacities since that time. He became the sole proprietor on the 14-9-2007. Between 2003 and 2005, Theo was a director of ‘Parallel Thinking’ and worked in conjunction with The University of Ballarat and The University of Horsham as their Real Estate Trainer and Assessor. Under the ‘Parallel Thinking’ banner he trained in Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. As a current member of the “Leaders Circle” with the Pittard Training Group, Theo has a firm belief that constant ongoing training is essential to competently manage the many facets of all clients needs.

Kerry Burns

  Has happily lived in Geelong all her life, working successfully for 16 years with Australia Post and then turned to the travel industry where she obtained her travel agents license. Kerry then decided to focus on her true dream of entering real estate. She began her real estate career in April 2008, where she studied and trained with the guidance of the “Pittard Training Group”. Kerry is now creating a successful sales career by building strong relationships with her many loyal clients and enjoys the challenge of negotiating successful transactions for her vendors and purchasers. Kerry’s free time is taken up with the Gym, Skiing, travelling and participating in social events with family and friends.

Tracy Harding

Has  joined our team as our Receptionist and has since gained her Agents Represenataive Certificate and is now a Sales Administrator within our office, Tracy brings a happy smile to our front office and has 20 years experience in customer service so she is ready and willing to help you in  which ever way she can. Tracy’s spare time is taken up looking after her family, going to the gym and spending time with  friends.
